What are Mind-Body Integration Intensives?
Mind-body integration combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with somatic practices—yoga, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation—to create lasting change at every level.
These extended therapy sessions (2-6 hours) are designed for individuals navigating major life transitions, burnout, relationship challenges, or seeking breakthrough clarity. Intensives allow us to go deeper in a single session, creating meaningful shifts without the extended timeline.

You’ve done therapy but still feel anxious or stuck in your body
You’ve done coaching, but need something that goes beyond simply taking action steps
You practice yoga and/or mindfulness meditation but need deeper emotional processing

How we work together:
Sessions integrate talk therapy with embodied practices. We might start with conversation, move into breathwork or gentle movement, then return to processing. Or we might begin with a somatic practice to help you access what words can’t reach, then work with what emerged.
You don’t need yoga experience. You don’t need to be flexible or “good at” embodiment practices. You just need to be curious about working with your whole self.

Integration support including follow-up resources and the option for additional check-in sessions
Holistic approach combining psychotherapy, coaching, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and somatic practices (we will determine if a therapeutic frame or a coaching frame works better for the outcomes you want to achieve prior to the session)

2-Hour Intensive Laser focused work on a specific issue or decision point
Half-Day Intensive (4-5 hours): Ideal for processing a specific issue, gaining clarity on a decision, or working through a recent event
Full-Day Intensive (7-8 hours): Comprehensive deep-dive for complex trauma, major life transitions, or significant relationship work
