Yin Yoga: Mindfulness in Motion
With everything around us moving so fast, sometimes we need to slow down and be still. But that can be easier said than done! Yin yoga can help you do just that!
Yin Yoga is a cooling, slower form of yoga where poses are held for 3-5 minutes. This gives you the chance to fully experience the pose (in a way that works for your body) while practicing mindfulness and aligning your mind, body, and spirit.
Join me on Sundays to slow down and reconnect before the next week ramps up.

Gentle Yoga
This beginning level class combines yoga postures, breathing and meditation.
Date & Time: Thursdays 7:30pm-8:30pm

Mindful Movement
This class emphasizes the mindfulness aspects of yoga and is appropriate for all levels and abilities. Great for those wanting to develop a mindfulness practice.
