Therapy – Individual

Professional women face unique challenges when it comes to balancing their lives as their loved ones often turn to them for emotional and financial support. They are perceived as “strong”, “successful”, and are assumed to have all the answers. It can be stressful to manage a career, academic pursuits, family, social relationships and community responsibilities when your own physical and emotional energy are depleted and your needs are unmet.

I specialize in providing 1:1 therapy for professional women struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Therapy can help with having a place to receive support while discovering new insights and coping tools to alleviate the emotional and physical pain.

My services are influenced by my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy using mindfulness and other mind-body therapeutic approaches to provide services that are holistic and based on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellness.

Sometimes mental health treatment involves more than just individual therapy. I am always eager to collaborate with other medical and mental health providers when appropriate and with my client’s permission to make sure my client’s receive comprehensive care.
