Executive coaching is a form of coaching used by leaders, executives and entrepreneurs looking to advance their careers, businesses and their personal growth. My executive coaching services are designed to engage professional women and creative entrepreneurs in a dynamic coaching process where we partner to clarify your professional goals, align them with your lifestyle and well-being values, and ultimately map out an action plan that helps you begin (or continue) living the life your desire.

One of the things I love most about coaching is that it’s an individualized process and does not look the same for everyone. That’s because it hones, highlights and uses your individual
values, strengths, and experiences to create an action plan authentic to you and your vision.

Coaching from the inside out, our work together will help you move from doing (aka being busy but feeling stagnant) to being (living and working in your purpose) what it is you want for your life and career/business.

How do I get started?

• Contact me to schedule a complimentary 20-minute coaching consultation
• If we agree it’s a great fit, we’ll choose one of my coaching packages (6 or 12 sessions) based on what you want from the coaching process
• Once I receive your signed coaching contract and fee, you’ll receive the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) attitude assessment to assess how you currently show up as a leader in all aspects of your life and what you’d like to address during the coaching process. You’ll also receive a Coaching Questionnaire that helps me learn more about you, your goals and how I can be the most effective coach for you.

Group coaching can be a wonderful and intense way to experience the coaching process. It’s amazing to witness the power of the coaching process not only in your life, but the lives of others.

Women’s Leadership Coaching Group

This group is designed for women that are ready to be leaders in their own lives; therefore, enabling them to be leaders in their careers, life transitions, families, and communities. These women are ready to be in a position where they create the lives they want to be living instead of constantly living as a reaction to situations and circumstances around them, moving from being reactive to proactive.

It’s also a great option for the woman that was intrigued by the complimentary coaching session and wants more of a taste before committing to the coaching process.

The group consists of 12 sessions occurring virtually (video conferencing) bi-weekly over the course of 6 months.
