This 4 month wellness series is for those women who give everything to their loved ones, work, and their communities, but struggle with finding time or space to slow down and truly nourish themselves. They are tired of feeling disconnected from their bodies and out of touch with what they truly need.
If this sounds like you, join us so you can cultivate the resilience and tools you need to reset, revive, and thrive. Each session is a mini-wellness retreat and includes:
Breath work
Meditation
Mindful movement
Somatic practices
Community of like-minded women
Written and creative exercises that will help attendees practice self-care in their daily lives
a 5 class card that can be used with any regularly scheduled class at Yoga Haven during the series
Learn to regulate your nervous system and find genuine restoration, not just surface level relaxation.
